Hi I used to weigh 135lbs and then I had my daughter two years ago and was in a controlling abusive relationship which did not allow me to exercise leaving me at 200lbs. Now that ive begun my new life I have started walking again every day about 2 miles each time. And once every two Weeks I walk 5 miles. But with all that I havent really changed my eating habits. Do I really need to do all this calorie counting with all the exercise im getting? Please help me.
